The protection of private data and observance of privacy when processing personal data is a very important aspect when it comes to our relationship to our customers.
Basically, you can visit our website without telling us who you are. In this case, only the name of your internet service provider, the website from which you visit us and the pages you visit on our website will be indicated. This information is statistically evaluated whereby you, as individual user, remain anonymous.

Which data qualify as personal data?
Personal data are information which can be used to find out who you are. Thus, information such as your proper name, address and phone number qualify as personal data. You can generally use our online shop without disclosing your identity. When you place an order we will ask your name and other personal information. You decide, however, whether or not you enter these data.

What happens with my data?
We use your personal data only to process and carry out your order. To that end, we forward your data, in particular your shipping and billing address, and quantity and type of the goods ordered to our logistics partner.
For us, customer-related information is important to optimise our product range. Still, we disclose the information we obtain only to the extent described in the following:

How well is my personal information secured?
During the ordering process, you enter your credit card information directly into an embedded frame (iFrame) of the payment service provider on our website. The data is transmitted directly to the service provider and is secured by encryption. We only receive a confirmation from the payment service provider that the payment process has been carried out. Your data is not being submitted to us directly.
Your personal data are stored in a specifically secured system and are only requested for the login and ordering process. Any further access from outside is impossible. In the course of the order process, your data are transmitted automatically to our inventory control system for further processing.
You, too, can help to protect your privacy by preventing unauthorised access to your password and computer. When sharing your computer with others – particularly in so-called internet cafés – please make sure that you have logged out completely.

Which information can I view?
After logging in you enter your personal profile where you can view and, if necessary, edit the information you have transferred ("Edit user data").
Which information is collected?
When searching or buying something, taking part in a competition, filling in questionnaires or communicating with our customer service by phone, e-mail or in any other way, you give us information. The information we receive in these cases may be your name and phone number as well as the names of persons the purchased goods shall be delivered to also including their address and phone number.
Some information is recorded automatically, e.g. the IP address of your computer which registers your computer on the internet at the time, logins, information regarding computer and internet connection such as type, version and number of your browser, operating system and platform, and the complete history of your visit on our website (i.e. the website you accessed our website from, the pages you viewed within our website and the page you viewed last, including date and time). We also use browser data such as cookies or similar data to make your visit of our website as convenient as possible.

May children buy online?
